Certification prep responsibilities

Coaches own exam domain mapping, timed drills, and the policy that we never distribute vendor question banks. You will pair with Irina’s editorial team to keep language plain and regionally aware.

Deployment walkthroughs you will lead

Walkthroughs cover blue/green handoffs, customer comms checkpoints, and evidence snapshots. The diagram below mirrors the checklist facilitators annotate live.
